Role: Telesales Agent

Location: Peterborough

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm 

Pay: £27,000 per annum 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Agent to join one of our longstanding clients in Peterborough.

This role is a temp to perm role on a 12 week basis!

Duties of a Telesales Agent:

• Handling inbound sales enquiries 
• Serving customers on the parts counter
• Chase payments of Pro-Forma customers
• Assisting in resolving any customer disputes
• Ensuring customers are best advised on parts needed 
• Maintaining professional and courteous service levels at all times

Please note the appropriate candidate will have experience within Telesales prior, and Knowledge on Motor parts would be beneficial.
