Role: HGV Class 1 Shunter

Location: Whittlesey, Peterborough

Pay: Weeknights £17.00, p/h Weekends £18.00 p/h

Start time: 22:00

Extrastaff are looking to recruit a HGV Class 1 Shunter to work at one of our longstanding clients on the outskirts of Peterborough. This role is suitable for newly passed and experienced drivers as training is provided. We can offer long term agency work, with an opportunity to obtain a permanent position after a qualifying period.

HGV Class 1 Driver Duties:

• Safely manoeuvre vehicles within the yard
• Ensure vehicles are positioned correctly for loading and unloading
• Maintain high safety standards at all times
• Support efficient logistics operations in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
